Members of Progressive’s National Catastrophe Response Team are specially trained and equipped claims representatives who work in areas hit by severe weather. The team responds to weather-related emergencies, such as hurricanes, hailstorms, tornadoes and floods, that affect large numbers of our customers. The team works with local Progressive people to determine the extent of damage and the number of customers affected, then implements a plan to help customers get back on the road as quickly as possible.
All of our insurance products, including auto, motorcycle, boat, PWC, RV and commercial auto, are supported by the Catastrophe Response Team and Progressive Claims Service.
